Abstract:

This article is devoted to the analysis of the formation, establishment and description of such functional attributes of appearance, as facial expressions, gestures, articulation, posture, speech, gait and manners. As methods, the study of normative and legal acts and procedural documents, comparative analysis, and experiment was chosen. The significance of the characteristic functional features consists in supplementing information on the signs of appearance for the purposes of tracing and identification, the production of identification and identification, the registration and conduct of expert studies, the verification of applications and reports of crimes and the identification of persons involved in their commission.
