Abstract:
The article deals with issues related to the application of anti-extremism laws in prosecution activities to prevent the spread of extremist ideas, taking into account the specificity and the compiled and blanket nature of anti-extremism laws, relatively short but rather extensive law enforcement practices, and lack of coordination between many laws and regulations. The author proposes to amend legislation to systematize it and improve law enforcement procedures.
