Abstract:
The present article analyses the problem of the composition of the Constitutional Court of Italy. The author reviews the formation and rotation of the constitutional control body. The core part of the research is dedicated to the problem of the responsibility of members of the Constitutional Court. The author resumes on the accusation of the President of the Republic. The author resumes on the availability of the Italian experience of rotation of members and the President of the Constitutional Court to be used in other countries.
