Abstract:
In this article we consider a system of crimes against human freedom in the criminal law of foreign countries. Objectives for writing a research paper is to study and analysis of the criminal law of foreign countries in the field of protection of the right to freedom, as well as improvement of the crimes against the freedom of the person in the criminal law of Russia. Methodology. When writing a scientific article the dialectical method of cognition, as well as formal-legal, comparative legal and systematic research methods. The legal basis of the trial was the criminal legislation of a number of foreign countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, France, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, etc.) Scope of the study. Conclusions made by the author of a scientific article can be used for further research on this issue. Practical importance. Article Submissions may be used in the teaching of the discipline "Criminal Law ", as one of the points of view on the problem of ordering crimes in Russian criminal law, except this article materials can be used by students of educational institutions to write articles, reports, papers, etc. Value. Scientific article aims to discuss the problems posed by teachers, graduate and law students.
