Abstract:

Author in his article explores the issue of religious security of the Russian Federation. In particular, it considers a threat to the constitutional order of the Russian Federation, which occur on the part of religious associations destructive direction. The author concludes that today in the religious sphere, there are conditions and factors that threaten the most important social relations that constitute the essence of the subject of constitutional law in Russia. The author puts forward the idea of the need to study the constitutional and legal foundations of religious security of Russia.
