Abstract:
This article is devoted to the historical and legal research of the main stages of development of labor legislation of the Republic of Armenia and, in particular, the norms for the Institute of the employment contract; to identify basic normative legal acts regulating the Institute of labour law in different periods of formation and development of the state Armenia from XV century to the present time; analysis of the influence of the Soviet legislation on the formation of the labour legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
