Conduct forensic investigations in criminal cases involving crimes of extremism

Abstract:
The paper analyzes the characteristics of the forensic examinations of criminal cases involving crimes of an extremist. Examples from the practice of showing the typical situation of this type of evidence. Commented on clarifications of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on issues relating to the features of proof in cases of this category by the forensic and related investigative actions.
