Abstract:
In this article, the author investigated the concept of an international legal act in terms of the scientific apparatus of jurisprudence, while revealing detail aspects such as terminology identity, its various properties in the regulations. Also, given the lack of a unified concept of an international legal in legal act in jurisprudence science, the author proposed a subjective definition of an international legal act as result of the research.
