Abstract:
This article is devoted the main problems of the formation of Federative relations in the Russian Federation. The authors analyze the main laws (the Constitution) of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and prove the absence of Federal relations in Russia in the Soviet period. Then the article examines the causes of the formation of real Federative relations and analyzings of norms of the Federal Treaty - the basic document, the signing of which stopped the centrifugal processes in Russia.
