JUVENILES NEGLIGENCE CRIMES (ON THE EXAMPLE OF ALTAY REGION, KHANTY-MANSIYSK AND TYUMEN REGION)

The article deals with careless juvenile crime (for example, Altai Krai, Khanty-Mansiysk and Tyumen region ). Reckless juvenile delinquency caused by a number of behavioral characteristics and age of their research can be crucial in the prevention of juvenile delinquency careless. Therefore, this research study aimed at exploring the criminological factors careless juvenile delinquency, it is very important. In their study, the author uses in the first place, the method of statistical analysis, as well as formal logical methods of classification, generalization, and typology. In addition to statistical data, the author examines the opinions of experts on the aforesaid issues, advances and defends their own judgment. Analysis of the statistics shows a similar incidence and dynamics rash of crimes in different regions. There is a high degree of latency this category of offenses. Examined behavioral characteristics and criminological characteristics of juvenile offenders. It seems noteworthy author's conclusion that the marked negative trend unwary juvenile crime in all studied regions may be due to high latency. Thus, given a reason for increasing the activity of the appropriate law enforcement authorities to identify the type considered crimes. The novelty of this research study is seen in the fact that it contains a number of original typology of criminal behavior and personality unwary juvenile offenders, as well as the original set of negative personality traits of a psychological nature, which is observed in juvenile offenders unwary The benefits of this research study can be extracted by psychologists working with minors, criminologists, develop mechanisms to prevent reckless crime. Social result of the use in practice of the data and conclusions can be shown in real reductions in the number and severity of crimes committed by juveniles through negligence. Results of original research, in turn, can form the basis for further discussion of scientists in the field of juvenile justice, criminal liability of minors, juvenile psychology.
