Abstract:
This article discusses issues guarantees the right to life in the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. Analyzes the criminal law of the Republic of Tajikistan on these issues. Copyright conducting outcome notes that the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of legal guarantees of the right to life meets international legal standards, but some points need improving legal.
