Abstract:
With the advent of the direction about illegal activity of the lawyer, there was a direction about preventing of procedural bodies to a lawful course of legal proceedings that led to a peculiar opposition in the sphere of scientific researches between the charge and protection parties. In article it is analyzed the researches of two brightest scientists concerning accountability of the lawyer for unfair actions (inaction) in professional activity. In works of one accusatory coloring of lawyers is obvious, and another is selective in studied disciplinary affairs of lawyers. Comparison on the example of foreign system of involvement of lawyers to responsibility that allowed to reveal some omissions in rationing of institute of legal profession is carried out. In this article an attempt to form other point of view about responsibility of the lawyer which is based on scientific character and objectivity is made.
