To the question about the conditions and directions of unification of regulatory legal acts

The article analyses the conditions and directions of unification of regulatory legal acts. The author singles out the following directions of unification: the creation of unified normative acts; formation of normative legal acts with the unified structure; increasing list of norms common to similar normative legal acts, the norms regulating similar public relations; creation of conditions for developing a single legal terminology in order to ensure common sense legal requirements. In the conclusion the author makes a conclusion that used a set of ways to fully depends on the specifics of the implementation conditions for the unification of regulatory legal acts, i.e. the specific characteristics of the regulated legal relations.
