Abstract:
Purpose - research the problems of the nation’s right for self-determination in the history of state and law of Russia. Methodology - analysis of the state and law’s views of the states` chieftains in the various periods of country’s development. Results - the article analyzed the features of things` comprehension, including the limits of seizure the nation’s right for self-determination. Conclusion - this article dwells on the problems, in a way causing some renovation of classic assessment of Russian federalism’s principles.
