Documents a contract for pilotage

The author pursued the aim to substantiate the necessity of the compliance with the requirements of the civil legislation on the agreement in written form between the legal entities for pilotage by way of filing the relevant documents in writting as well as to consider the idea and content of the above documents. The research incorporated the methodical analysis of legal sources regulating relationships on pilotage, empirical approach for the generalization of judicial practice, common marine practice and also a dialectical method when evaluating documents content as subject of the research. The scientific work is of great interest to the ship owners, ship captains, pilot organizations and pilots, people providing unpaid services in the sphere of transportation of the goods and also people learning civil law.
