Abstract:
In article the author highlights separate legal and organizational questions of participation of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation in uniform state system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and on the basis of it conclusions are drawn and offers on improvement of this type of activity are given. In the article the author uses General scientific methods of research, including historical, logical and comparative legal, as well as other methods of cognition of phenomena and processes of objective reality. The main conclusions of the study is that in modern conditions, during the reorganization of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia and the creation of a new Executive authority - Federal service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation (Rosgvardiya), there was a need to specify the organization of activity of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation with participation in the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of natural and (or) technogenic character which demand additional regulatory legal regulation and practical implementation regarding preparation and the organization of the corresponding forces and means.
