Abstract:
Institute of Administrative Justice is an essential feature of modern constitutional state, ie the state, providing legal and practical judicial protection of rights and freedoms as a citizen or a legal entity. Lack of effective control over the executive is fraught with infringement of the rights and freedoms of citizens, as a form of protection is the administrative justice. This article discusses the formation of this institution in Tajikistan.
