Abstract:

In the present conditions throughout the civilized world, including in the Russian Federation steadily developed a global problem of extremism and terrorism. Study of basic psycho-sociological aspects, motivating the so-called terrorists, is the most important work of law enforcement bodies in prevention of terrorism. Timely detection and neutralization of all types of extremism and terrorism law enforcement is the most important task of the modern state.
