Abstract:
The article examines the issues of regulation of criminal responsibility for the organization and conduct of gambling on the example of foreign countries such as Estonia, Denmark, Belgium. The purpose of this article to analyze the rate of successfully implemented in foreign legislation and to identify trends in the development of the Institute responsibility for the crimes related to the organization and conduct of gambling. These standards we include the identification of the person to be entered separately in a single information system; ban on visiting gambling establishments certain categories of citizens; obtain a license in the prescribed manner.
