Abstract:
In the article the author analyses cooperation of the countries-participants of the Union State of Belarus and Russia on interregional level. The research based on the comparative legal analysis of the legal status of regions of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. On the basis of such forms of cooperation at the interregional level, as the Forum of regions of Belarus and Russia and the Council of business cooperation, the author demonstrates a different approach to the implementation of cooperation in the framework of regional organizations - not only at the intergovernmental and interdepartmental levels, and this approach allows the most efficient use of the potential of individual regions and is important for development of economy of both States.
