Abstract:
The method of effective drying of objects using functional ceramics is developed. For achievement of an effective objective, two types of ceramic materials are used. One provides high-quality and effective drying of cotton raw, with simultaneous stimulation of development and growth of plants. The second - effective sterilization, for high-quality storage. Preliminary results have shown that in case of IK-drying, with use of functional ceramics, the total energy expense is up to 9-10 times lower, than in case of a traditional method, and costs of the electric power decrease more, than by 2-3 times. In case of rather small power consumption the method allows to receive an end product with content of residual moisture no more than 6-7%.
