Abstract:
The article discusses the relevance of and solution to the problem of wastewater treatment systems through the development and creation of hardware-software complex for the separation and removal of fats and oils from waste water by applying innovative advanced technology on wastewater treatment of oils and fats intended for efficient and economical water treatment to prescribed standards; increase equipment life cycle resource enterprises of food industry and catering areas.
