Abstract:
In modern conditions, the effectiveness of national space programs is largely determined by the ability to use their results to alternative destinations, as in other sectors of the economy. This creates a multiplier effect on the budget allocation in space activity, which contributes to increasing the competitiveness of the whole economy. In Russia, the problem of interaction between enterprises RCP private sector is particularly acute. A significant increase in budget expenditures and reform of the RCP have not yet led to an increase in commercialization achievements of the industry the commercial sector. Is largely due to the lack of adequate information support, which forms the point of contact between stakeholders and creates a basis for the development of public-private partnership (PPP). The article examines the experience of information support technology transfer at NASA and other agencies of the world's leading aerospace, which can be used in the activities of Roscosmos
