Abstract:
The issues of staff policy in the aerospace industry were considered. The current staff development system in this industry was analyzed and assessed. The basic principles of work organization and implementation to improve the staff policy were suggested, using Federal State Unitary Enterprise «Scientific-Production Association «Technomash» as an example.
