Abstract:

Article is devoted to questions of criminal sentencing in the form of forced labor. The author focuses attention to the bases and conditions of application of this punishment. Carrying out the consecutive analysis of the Special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation regarding a possibility of purpose of forced labor, the author notes ample perspective opportunities of its application that also allows to conclude about the possible contingent of serving of this punishment.
