Abstract:

This article discusses the prospects for applying the judicial fine in the practice of law enforcement entities. The author examines the issue from the standpoint of the analysis of the theoretical foundations of the application of the measures under the criminal law on the practice of the judiciary. The study author notes the significant potential of the judicial fine.
