Abstract:
In the article the necessity of development of directions of international scientific cooperation in the aerospace industry as a way of attracting additional sources of financing space activities and increase of efficiency of budgetary expenses on the basis of the analysis of the dynamics of Federal spending on the implementation of the Federal space programs and international scientific cooperation. Proposed mechanism for the optimization of these costs, the tools of which was a technical report and the index of budgetary efficiency.
