Abstract:
The article deals with the system of local normative legal acts accepted at the factories of oil and gas industry, their meaning and place in the legal regulation of economic security, analyzes the content of individual local normative legal acts. Author's interpretation of the definition of «economic security» is listed in the article. This article will be useful to researchers studying the legal issues of economic security of oil and gas industry, criminological examination and improvement the efficiency of normative legal acts and their projects.
