Abstract:
The article considers the problem of financing the development of the space industry, as well as bank guarantees as an effective tool to ensure design decisions. Particular attention is focused on the development of a fundamentally new scheme of implementation of «VEB bank guarantees» mechanism in order to optimize the timing of the SDO and the PCF.
