Abstract:
Constantly changing in the direction of complexity of modern economic conditions of development of the Russian economy to illustrate the need for a rational and proper use of human recourses and improvement of management in times of crisis. At the same time the development and implementation of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of personnel management is one of the key challenges in achieving strategic goals.
