Abstract:
In article the characteristics inherent in educational services, the spheres of the higher education caused by specifics are considered, in particular, some their properties allow to refer educational services to such category as the confidential benefits. The fundamental problem of the market of the confidential benefits as a whole and the market of educational services – incompleteness of information at which it is impossible to estimate authentically the essential factors defining process of granting the confidential benefits is specified. It is shown that among the estimated parameters characterizing a higher educational institution, the extreme importance get non-material components, such as a brand, qualification of teachers, their reputation, a public demand, popularity and etc.
