Some ways of improvement of prosecutorial supervision of execution of laws in the field of forest conservation and protection

This article deals with the problems of organization and implementation of prosecutorial supervision of execution of laws in the field of protection of forests as one of the priorities. The main reason for this topic is lighting undoubted relevance and importance of forests in Russia, and their barbaric destruction in recent decades. In the course of writing this article, the author has used scientific methods such as analysis, synthesis, and others, and has also been used sociological method of questioning prosecutors on a given topic. As a result, the author cites and comments of the defects in the implementation and organization of prosecutorial supervision of execution of laws in the field of protection of forests, taking into account the practice of prosecutors. This article was prepared in the course of the author of the dissertation research on "Prosecutorial Supervision of execution of laws on forest protection." The views expressed in this article are suggestions for the improvement of the direction of prosecutorial supervision can be used in the future in the scientific and practical work of the prosecution
