Abstract:

Article represents the comparative analysis of processes of ethnic immigration, actual for Russia. As objects of comparison, readiness and ability to emigration of the average peasantry of the Russian Non-Black Earth Region and the Armenian Araratsky valley served. The author suggests development and purposeful implementation of laws and bylaws which could stimulate, on the one hand, ethnoimmigration and integration into the positive social relations of ethnoimmigrants to limit, on the other hand, their number on regions and settlements, according to requirements of society and state, both in short-term, and in the long term
