Abstract:
The article is devoted to a question about participants of legal proceedings, who has not powers of authority, - as kinds of victim at offences against public justice. Author makes attempt to detect circle of this persons, who can become a grieved by reason of commission crimes are aforementioned over. As result he describes this subjects, makes suggestions for improvement of standards of the criminal legislation enshrined in the art. 301, 302, 305, 309 of the criminal code of Russian Federation
