Abstract:

The main risks of the domestic banking sector related to the trend of increased capital flight from the economy, the growing influence of state-owned banks and their presence in the total capital, the drop in demand for credit products and the growth of bad debts. These trends characterize not only the decline in interbank competition, but also the growing influence of international financial institutions in the market.
