Abstract:

The article discusses the contents of the circle of essential conditions of the contract of commercial concession. The author analyzes the norms of the civil legislation and highlights the essential conditions as required in the agreement of commercial concession, and also other terms on which the statement of one of the parties must be agreed. Indicated some problematic aspects of the legal regulation of the agreement of commercial concession
