Abstract:
The article is devoted to the notion, essence, prosecutor’s functions on the stage of preliminary investigation. The problem of the balance between the due process of law and expediency. Specific features of the prosecutor’s supervision of the procedural activity of agencies in charge of preliminary investigation are highlighted
