The article discusses the grounds for termination of rights to land plot owners, land users, landowners and tenants. Offered a broader list of grounds for termination of rights to land plots. Given some discrepancies in the legal regulation of the grounds for termination of land rights in the civil and land legislation. The necessity of imposing such penalties, suspension of economic activity land the offender in the event of a threat to the condition of soil or the quality of the environment.
