Abstract:
The paper presents an examination of concept, objectives and opportunities of correction of juvenile criminal`s pesonality. The concept of «criminal`s personality» is specified in the context of his age peculiarities. Positive juvenile criminal pesonality`s correction is considered by the author as means for reduction of amount of people supplementing adult criminals` contingent, as well as reduction of juvenile recidivism. The author gives consideration to juvenile criminal`s pesonality correction`s objectives by reference to juveniles` age categories as well as spatiotemporal guidelines of a crime and implementation of criminal responsibility in relation to juvenile criminals. By adducing the characteristics of juvenile criminal`s pesonality, the author focuces on peculiarities of a criminal`s pesonality, which are to be considered while its correction. The analysis presents a pattern to be aimed at while correction of a personality with delinquent behaviour.
