Abstract:

The article deals with modern mechanisms and procedures for the implementation of state and municipal control (supervision), as well as the practical problems faced by both regulatory authorities and the business community in Russia. The author suggests possible solutions to existing problems with current realities and emerging trends of development of legislation in this area
