Abstract:

The article reveals the common characteristics and trends of regulatory experience and fighting corruption. As part of the article discusses , the legal regulation of anti-corruption system and focuses on the author emphasizes that the main danger of corruption and anti-state as a socially dangerous phenomenon lies in its devastating impact on the foundations of government and the constitutional foundations of the legal regulation of social life
