Abstract:

The article describes stagnation of markets of the Russian Federation. The authors carefully studied the structure of the input and output of capital, analyzed set of goals for strategic development of the country written by the President of the Russian Federation. Also it is described how to deal with this situation by appealing to such concepts as import substitution and diversification of the internal structure of the economy. After the analysis of the dynamics of import growth in the economy of the Russian Federation it was proposed to reduce this figure in order to shift towards domestic production, which should ultimately have a positive synergistic effect on the economy as a whole: encouraging existing businesses, creating new job positions, innovation institutes (business incubators, technology parks).
