Abstract:
In article results of research of dynamics intensity organized criminal activity transnatsionaltion of character was for 1999-2015. narkopritonov Yam in the difficult position narcocriminality activity areas-the boundary of the territory of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the practice of law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, the author identified the typical direction of economic activities of legal entities, maskirovka studied criminal narcodeallers and systematized the most important features that characterize its consequences. In the context of causation of crime noted crimi-technological problem involved in narcocriminality activity of workers of potentially dangerous and socially significant objects of infrastructure of the border territory of the Russian Federation, foreign students who are studying on the territory of the Russian Federation etc. the author argues that the increase in the number of drug users in the border area of the Russian Federation is a direct consequence of strengthening narcocriminality activity of organizers of drug trafficking.
