Abstract:

In this article the approaches to the implementation of the integration strategy municipalities Russia to join the global information space through the use of technology, «Electronic municipality». On the basis of current information, open source analysis of problems, the main approaches available results and the prospects of building a unified electronic environment of the municipality.
