Abstract:
The aim of the article is to describe some theoretical and practical aspects of state policy of ethnic conflicts prevention in Kyrgyzstan, justification of scientifically and practically significant recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of prevention measures. The methodology of the study contains provisions of materialist dialectics: scientific methods of comparative law, historical, system analysis; statistical and sociological research methods, and others. The research materials can also be used in the educational process at the teaching of criminology. Marked ways to improve the effectiveness of ethnic conflicts prevention measures.
