Abstract:
The task. Market reforms and development of democratic relations, growth of business activity of women led to a redistribution of social roles in society. As a result of radical economic reforms of the 90s urgent in the current conditions is the problem of development women entrepreneurs as a special social group, which, in turn, has a decisive influence on the dynamics of family and marriage relations, on conditions for the development of the institution of marriage and the family, broadcast intergenerational values etc. In this regard, the author has set a task − to determine the position of women entrepreneurs in the structure of modern Russian society, identify specific features of development of a social group «women entrepreneurs». The problem of women's entrepreneurship is the object of scientific research, primarily in Western countries. Among them special popularity in Russia in proceedings of А.М. Barbieri, G.S. Becker, Forms, E. Giddens, So Eastwood, М.Р. Dederihs, M. Peters, B. Friedan's, R. Hizrich. Model. The choice of methods and tools of research comes from the methodological parcels and hypotheses. The methodology is specialized methods of sociological research: a questionnaire survey, the method of participant observation and interviews. In addition to the methods for collection and analysis of empirical material, research methodology includes: analysis of the statistical information and official documents of the Republic of Buryatia, secondary analysis of previous representative studies in subjects of the Russian Federation. Sociological questionnaire of women entrepreneurs of the Republic of Buryatia conducted by the author in the 1 quarter of 2012. The sample population amounted to 712 units of analysis. In accordance with the multi-stage quota sampling scheme studies were included 22 districts and the capital of the Republic of Buryatia. Conclusions. Women-entrepreneurs are objectively emerging socio-professional group United by common conditions of formation and functioning, with certain socio-psychological, similar cultural values, and way of life. Feature of the given socio-professional groups is the availability of organizational and legal forms of activity, industry-specific: women-entrepreneurs operate in the traditional for the female employment sectors. Scope of the study. On the basis of generalization and the analysis of theoretical approaches to the study of problems in work of the expanded sociological views about women entrepreneurs as one of the social groups. The results of the study can be used for further research on women's entrepreneurship, on the basis of this study, one could expect further changes in the structure of society, creation of large generalizing works devoted to the problems of the dynamics of spiritual-moral values, traditional values in modern social conditions. Practical value. The main provisions and ideas research can be used in the process of teaching of a rate of sociology, manuals, courses on the problems of entrepreneurship, as well as for the development of special courses on the problems of women's employment in the modern conditions and gender issues. Social consequences. Results of research can be taken into account when developing national socio-economic development programs, programs of social assistance to women and improving women's entrepreneurship in conditions of market economy. Originality/value. The presented data are one of the first studies of the social group «women entrepreneurs» in the Republic of Buryatia in modern conditions. Investigated form factors of education, the social group of women entrepreneurs, as well as the motives for entrepreneurial activity.
