THE GROUNDS FOR THE DISMISSAL OF UNDERAGE WORKERS

The Article investigates the peculiarities of the dismissal of underage workers. Analyzing the history of development of legislation on this question, the conclusion is that the current legislation on dismissal of minors takes a step back and reduces the former guarantees at dismissal of such employees by the employer. The author believes that the application of norms providing special incentives and guarantees for employees under the age of 18 years shall be made in conjunction with the General rules of labour legislation obliging the staff to work honestly and conscientiously, to observe labour discipline, timely and accurately execute the orders of the employer, to increase productivity, improve product quality.
