Abstract:

The article discusses the implementation of marriage and family capacity of some subjects of the law, including minors and those who have changed sex. The analysis of the legislation on the implementation of the rights of minors to receive medical care in terms of respect for the right of parents to raise children. We outline a range of problems in the studied issues and propose solutions.
