Abstract:
The relevance of this article is that the social and psychological competence of the head, the organization of information and analytical work in the penal system are an integral part of management activities. The paper analyzes the main social and psychological aspects of management, the criteria of social and psychological competence of the head, set out the author's view on the informative content and the organization of information and analytical work in the penal system.
