Abstract:
In article the precepts of law of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States regulating the bases of introduction of state of emergency, an order of ensuring the events held by public authorities in the considered conditions are investigated. Authors on the basis of the analysis of legal acts of the State Parties of the CIS offer approaches to improvement of legal regulation of an emergency rule.
